Santiago Arbeláez is a photographer and visual artist based in Athens. Santiago’s work revolves around the transience of memory and the physical impermanence of small moments. He is currently pursuing his BFA in Photography and Expanded Media at the University of Georgia. Santiago has been awarded the Mary Ruth Moore Scholarship, and has had multiple exhibitions at the Athens Institute for Creative Arts.
